This is the one most migrations skip, and it's why trend charts sit empty for months after a switch. We import history first so the statistics are useful on day one.

Paper

Your report layout

Send a PDF of a report you issue today and we rebuild it as a template — your letterhead, your wording, your column order. Clients shouldn't be able to tell you changed systems.

How long

About a week, and mostly on our side

Day 1 You send files Whatever you have. One call to walk us through how your lab is organised.

Days 2–4 We import Masters, mixes and history brought across; your report layout rebuilt.

Day 5 You check We hand back a loaded system and a reconciliation list. You confirm the numbers match.

Day 6+ Run in parallel Keep your old system alongside for a cycle. Switch when a full 28-day run has gone through clean.

Always Your data stays yours Full export whenever you want it, in a format you can read without us.

We don't ask you to switch cold. Nobody should move a lab mid-pour. Run both systems through one full 28-day cycle and only retire the old one once a complete set of breaks has come out the other side matching.
